Tracy has spent the past 20 years helping teams make sense of complex organisational change.

From digital transformations to high-stakes public sector projects, including the relocation of a major hospital, Tracy has held roles like CIO, Head of Delivery, Head of Digital, Senior Manager of Change, but she is driven by a need to improve systems and create positive work environments. She has also worked as a change management consultant and is on the advisory board of Full Circle Enterprises, a not-for-profit focussed on designing leadership pathways for children in Kolkatta, India.

Tracy is passionate about understanding how systems change, and how people change within them. She works within the system and unravels complexity and provides practical tools for helping teams find clarity. She reminds leaders that the real work of leading happens in everyday moments.
