Anne is an accomplished Human Resources (HR) Executive and Management Consultant with extensive international experience, spanning diverse industries including mining, financial services, computers, and transportation.

Anne specialises in designing and implementing new businesses and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives. Anne is renowned for her straightforward approach to generating practical business solutions and is equally effective as a designer, facilitator, coach, and manager.

As a founding member of the Executive Team at Torex Gold Resources Inc., Anne was pivotal in transforming the company from its inception into Mexico’s second largest gold producer. Throughout her tenure, Torex achieved remarkable milestones, including record production, exceptional safety records and recognition as a “gold standard” in the mining industry for fostering a truly differentiated workplace culture.

Currently, Anne is working in the mining sector supporting projects such as clarifying organisational structures and roles, strengthening leadership accountability and capability, and upgrading the HR function and people systems. Passionate about enhancing the effectiveness of HR functions and guiding senior leaders in the application of Systems Leadership models and tools, Anne is committed to helping executives create the conditions for positive and productive workplace environments.
